Should you or the girls in your life love pink, then that is the guide for you . . . no matter what your age. Every little girl on earth will snort, giggle and need to read this pinkaliciously delectable guide over and over. For the lifetime of me I am unable to perceive why the Amazon overview mentioned the main character was annoying. She's a superbly normal little lady who loves all things PINK and all issues sweet. It is hilarious that to be able to return to her regular shade that she has to eat a number of inexperienced vegetables. What a perfect answer, and a good lesson, too! Buy this guide for the ladies in your life---you'll get tons of hugs and kisses for it!!
I almost bought this e-book from a Scholastic order by way of my daughter's faculty b/c she LOVES pink, nevertheless another mom and I had been speaking and she or he warned me about this e-book, stating she had ordered it and was appalled by its content. I marked it off my order and instead seemed through it at the bookstore and boy was I glad I did not order it. The opposite 1 star opinions are ALL absolutely right about this book. This guide is simply stuffed with unhealthy messages for children. I am all for fun, silly books for children, but I didn't find this book to be both of these, more of a "how-to" book on bad habits, dangerous consuming habits, disrespecting your dad and mom and being a brat!!!
I was drawn to this book because my daughter loves something pink. I virtually bought it online with out seeing it first and now am very glad that I went to an area retailer and skim the e book earlier than ordering it.
In a nutshell, the principle character in this e book is rude, disrespectful and disobedient. She sticks her tongue out at her mother and willfully disobeys her mother's direction. She is sassy and rude. She also by no means suffers any real penalties for her belligerent behavior. These aren't the values I need to cross on to my children.
In case you are on the fence, I encourage you to go to an area store and browse this e-book earlier than purchasing it. You'll be shocked at what you read.
